My career has always been rooted in housing. From the very beginning, I’ve been drawn to the meaningful impact that a home can have on a person’s life—whether it’s a first purchase, an investment decision, or a transition into a new stage of living. Helping people navigate these moments is what I find most rewarding about real estate.

I was born and raised in China and came to Canada independently to pursue my education. I studied at Camosun College and the University of Victoria, where I earned my Bachelor of Commerce from the Gustavson School of Business. This academic foundation, combined with hands-on industry experience, allows me to approach real estate with both professionalism and strategic insight.

Today, I live locally with my husband and our very energetic five-year-old daughter. I understand firsthand how housing needs evolve over time—from expanding families to future downsizing—and I strive to support my clients through every chapter. I am fluent in both Mandarin and English, allowing me to serve a diverse community with clarity and confidence.
